We provide a fully comprehensive company secretarial service including company formation, changes in directors and shareholders, preparation of annual returns, on-going maintenance of statutory records, attending monthly/quarterly board meetings of companies and arranging and organising general meetings of shareholders (AGM and EGM).
If required, our clients can use our City office as their Registered Office address where correspondence and documents are received, processed and forwarded to the company where appropriate.
